COWTOWN BRASS BAND
The COWTOWN BRASS BAND is a brass ensemble and interdisciplinary marching arts collective dedicated to delivering captivating performances that combine music, physical theatre, and clown. Our passion for storytelling through our uniquely Calgarian artform drives us to create wild and unforgettable experiences for our audience. We take pride in our talented team of performers who bring our imaginative productions to life on stage.
Starting out as a community ensemble of pals who met within the Bands of Calgary, consisting of the Round-Up Band, the Stetson Showband, and the Stampede Showband, we've evolved over the years to become a professional ensemble of diverse artists based right here in Calgary. You can see the local hoofprint of the COWTOWN BRASS BAND on the construction posters for the new Olympic Plaza Transformation project, part of a $660M development in the heart of the city.
